About Norfolk IT Services
Norfolk IT Services is my Norwich based IT repair and consultancy business. I have been using PCs and laptops since 1983 and have been building, fixing and improving them for the past 15 years. I have also worked as an IT Consultant, IT Trainer, Project Manager and IT Customer Manager.
I am very passionate about delivering a friendly, common sense service that is as painless and easy for you the customer as possible. I will not try to baffle you with jargon and I am always happy to explain things in as much or as little detail as you need. If in doing so you learn a little something, then that is one of the great bonuses of this job.
I will do my best to get you back to a happy place with your PC or laptop! Remember, PCs are like pets, you have to know a little about how to look after them to live with them.
I currently hold the CompTia A+ PC Service Technician qualification and also certifications in ITIL IT Service Management and PRINCE2 Project Management.
I’m easy to find, based just off the Prince of Wales Road in the centre of Norwich.
Customer Satisfaction Survey Results
I recently (September 2011) carried out an independent online survey of my current customers to see how well Norfolk IT Services was performing in terms of understanding customer needs, quality of work, speed of delivery and value for money.
I am happy to report that I achieved a 100% result on all aspects of Norfolk IT Services customer service. I would like to take the opportunity to say a big ‘Thank You’ to those of you that took part.
Here is a selection of some of the feedback given by my customers :-
- Friendly customized help. Jason is really nice to have to visit - he is a very friendly and companionable person. Reasonable prices and good speed of response.
- I like the fact that Jason talks in English grasps what you need and delivers just that. He sticks to deadlines and is always happy to answer questions over the phone.
- Ability to solve issues without fuss, no over complication.
- Jason is always so helpful and speedy!
- Not patronising and patient. This is a huge selling point especially for anyone who is not confident in using IT, has an appalling service provided at work and so can't face using IT at home, is older and female - we can be treated as if we have a genetic learning disability by 'help desks'! It is affordable too.
- Honesty, personable, speedy service
- Personal, yet professional service at a great price.
